Come con ansiedad

Cuando un bebé come con ansiedad es un indicador de que se deberían ofrecer las tomas con más frecuencia o debería permitírsele comer más en cada toma.

Los errores que con más frecuencia favorecen que esto ocurra son  aguantarle el hambre al bebé o interrumpir la toma cuando aún tiene hambre:

  • Porque me han dicho que las tomas deben tener un horario fijo.
  • Porque me han dicho que las tomas deben tener una cantidad fija.
  • Porque le estoy “entreteniendo el hambre” con manzanilla, chupe…
  • Me han dicho que debo echarlo en la cuna antes de que se duerma del todo comiendo.

Todos estos consejos son “Fabricantes de Cólico del Lactante”.
